The watch was like expected, nice, and as described from the seller. Perfect X-mas gift to my nephew! But there was an unnecessary delay in the delivering. I responded to an email from Chrono24, asking if I would like to add more details to the order before shipping. But the shipping company didn't received it in time. Have I been told. But considering the Time of the year; X-mas, the extra amount of packages/parcels, I'm happy, no harm done, I got the watch in time before X-mas😊

Erreurs multiples dans l’envoi qui a été envoyé avec un retard trop important. Aucune coopération avec le vendeur malgré de nombreux appels téléphoniques. Ai du faire appel à Chrono24 pour résoudre la situation. Vendeur à éviter absolument.

Pedí un reloj y me llegó otro modelo. He tenido que ir personalmente a Correo a devolver el pedido y perder una mañana de trabajo, en vez de enviarme ellos a una empresa de mensajería a recoger el paquete que habían enviado por error.

It took the seller a couple of days to send off the watch. The watch was advertised as new and unworn, but the plastic wrapping was not on the watch anymore (the watch didn't have signs of wear). Also the original Autodromo branded cardboard box that houses the item was torn.

Watch was described as new, received new, with box and tags.. however, one item was missing from the box while the catalogue shows that this item was supposed to be included. Decent price and value for the watch but I wasn’t satisfied with the delivered item. Sold it immediately.

the seller sent me the watch, there was an issue with it, one of the hands fell down, I got it fixed and eventually the seller refunded me part of the purchase price for getting the watch fixed, it took a while to refund, but at least the seller did a refund. seller said that the watch was not broken when they sent it. I'm sure that the seller is a good seller based on all the other reviews I saw, but maybe this watch was not a lucky one.

Bel article à prix compétitif. J'aurais voulu mettre 5 étoiles, mais : - Délai d'expédition non respecté (colis envoyé 8 jours après payement), - Ecrin Frédérique Constant forcé/endommagé, ce qui m'a empêché d'en faire un cadeau. Je recommanderai malgré tout ce vendeur que j'estime de bonne foi.

Zusätzliches Armband was auf den Bildern gezeigt wurde (als Fullset beschrieben) war nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Armband auf mein Handgelenk anzupassen wurde angefragt: Die Antwort war: ja gerne, machen wir , kein Problem, aber als die Uhr dann da war war nichts angepasst und kein Glied entfernt. Ebenfalls war ein Kratzer / Microswirl auf dem Gehäuse- bei einer neuen Uhr ein No-Go, Alles in Allem nicht wirklich schlecht aber mit Sicherheit verbesserungsfähig. Weiterempfehlung : Jein

Unfortunately, the deal did not come together. The seller is not very active and informative. The watch was not in stock it was not marked in the ad and delivery and purchase for more than 30 days.

Leider wurde die Uhr nich so schön verpackt. Auf diese Weise kann sie zerkratzt und musste noch darüberhinaus noch weitere Gespräche mit dem Händler durchführen, die lange gedauert haben und am Ende hat sich gelöst, mit Schwierigkeiten aber.

I received the watch within a week, but it did not work. It turned out to be the battery wich I had to change at my local watchmaker for about 17 euro. I wrote to the seller as soon as I received the watch telling him it didn’t work but I got no answer. I also wrote a message after returning from the local watchmaker saying that I’d like to be compensated for the cost of batterychange but again I received no answer. That is some really bad communication in my opinion.

Avevo acquistato un orologio, arrivato completamente diverso. Ho chiesto di non fare il rimborso per ottenere comunque l'orologio giusto, ma mi ha detto che non sapeva quando poteva averlo. Quindi penso che abbia cercato di rifilarmi un altro per venderlo se non aveva neppure quello richiesto. Non mi è piaciuto. Cmq tutto bene sono stato rimborsato grazie

Delivery was fast, but the dealer didn't send charger with smartwatch, and watch itself was uncharged! Communication is slow, only once a day, so Ihadto wait for replies quite long. Dealer Promised to send charger couple days ago, but nothing happened yet. I'm unsatisfied

The watch was shipped to the wrong name and the pickup point refused to release it to me. Automated email correspondence from the seller was in French, making it difficult to track the status of the order. Seller didn’t seem to understand the problem when I asked for help about the wrong shipping address. They ignored my points and replied with unhelpful information, leaving me to solve the problem on my own. I think their English wasn’t very good.

The watch was listed as brand new, but when it arrived it was obvious that it had been worn, the band showed significant evidence of wear. Thankfully the watch itself was in perfect condition, otherwise I would have sent it back. They should have listed the watch as used but good condition, I was expecting a brand new watch based on the listing. Shipping took a significant amount of time but the watch was well and safely packaged. I would recommend, but ask for pictures of the strap
