I've bought a very rare and special vintage Vacheron Constantin watch from Cool Support Ltd. The watch was exactly as listed and is in phenomenal condition, which is very important to me as a collector. In the process of buying my contact person at Cool Support Ltd was Ken. He explained me perfectly how the process of bringing the watch to The Netherlands works and it was a very pleasant experience to buy. At first I didn't understand how the transaction costs were calculated (regarding foreign currency), but Ken explained it very well to me and the purchase was made. I am really in love with the watch and am very happy with the very kind, direct and quick service from Ken. I would absolutely buy from Ken and Cool Support Ltd again. Thank you very much again Ken! Ps. For Dutch buyers (and possibly European buyers I suspect), please note that you have to pay import tax and not only VAT when buying from a Japanese company.
