Shipping
Choose your watch, complete the payment and wait for confirmation of receipt of payment from Chrono24.
Shipping is fully insured and we guarantee it within 48 working hours of receipt of payment.
You will receive the tracking number directly from Chrono24 and via chat from our sales consultants, so you can monitor the journey of your shipment until delivery. Our dedicated team will carefully monitor the shipment and intervene in case of delays.

The procedure is very simple. You will be contacted directly by the courier who will ask you to pay VAT and duties by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Return Policy
You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it, following these instructions:
1. Notify us of your decision to return it.
2. The watch must be returned in intact condition, without having been worn or damaged, with the complete set and the original packaging delivered at purchase.
3. The return shipment of the watch will be paid by the sender. You will be responsible for arranging the return shipment, including shipping costs. Use a traceable shipping service and insure the package for the full value of the watch. Any damage or loss during transport is the sender's responsibility.
4. The packaging must provide adequate protection to prevent any damage that may occur during the return journey.
5. The product must not have scratches or signs of wear.
6. Once we receive the watch, we will inspect the watch within 7 working days to verify its condition.
7. Depending on the integrity of the watch, we will notify Chrono24 to issue a full or partial refund, and promptly notify you of any issues encountered.
8. Our dedicated team will keep you updated throughout the return process.

ONLY if your shipping address is set to SWITZERLAND, you see the watch price with 8.1% VAT included so you’ll not have to pay anything else but only watch price and shipping cost.
