This is how all Chrono24 transactions ought to be - short reply time, easy communication, excellent handling. The product was as promised - in very good condition - and the seller even included a brand new original strap as replacement for a more worn strap in the advertisement. muy lindo reloj.. todo completo, lo malo es dhl que sale muy caro, a pesar de que el pago incluye el costo de envio, hay que pagar igual, y por el mas monimo inconveniente piden mas y mas dinero, ademas de los impuestos que aumenta el costo casi al 30% del valor de compra. en general muy conforme con el reloj pero el costo adicional me sale lo mismo que ir a buscarlo personalmente al pais del vendedor

Aaron at Peter Machlup Fine Wristwatches did an amazing job with my purchase. Living in Denver Colorado USA, I was a hesitant to purchase a watch from overseas, particularly due to Peter Machlup only accepting wire transfer at this time. However, I read their reviews, did some searching online, and they appeared to be very reputable. I took a chance and purchased a hard to find Ulysse Nardin from Peter Machlup via Chrono24, sending the wire from my bank. I am glad I took the chance. Throughout the entire process, Aaron was in communication with me: notified me the day they received the wire transfer, notified me of shipping, and continually assisted me as the watch worked its way through customs from South Africa, to Denver Colorado USA. DHL needed a customs import form and Aaron quickly sent it to them. Overall, from the time I clicked purchase on Chrono24 to the time I received the watch, it took about 13 days. However, more than half of that time was dealing my bank issuing the wire transfer. Once Peter Machlup received the wire, they shipped the watch the next day, with total shipping time taking only 6 days, even though DLH said it would take about 14 days. I highly recommend purchasing from Peter Machlup Fine Wristwatches; they went above and beyond for me. I will certainly look at what watches they have for sale in the future and would not hesitate for a moment to purchase through them again.
