Eu fiz o pedido numa sexta-feira à noite e o produto foi postado na segunda-feira seguinte. Paguei os impostos após notificação da DHL antes do produto chegar no aeroporto de destino.Após uma semana da postagem e o produto estava entregue. Muito rápido. Produto veio bem embalado, em perfeito estado e com os documentos originais. Rastreamento detalhado pela DHL e previsão de entrega cumprida. Perfeito!

Communication was good overall. The problem was that as the watch arrived to customs, I have noticed that the dealer stated a fake value to let me avoid to pay taxes and custom clearance. I had to refuse the package and return back to the seller, in order to avoid problem with taxes

After we received your request regarding the return, we have immediately started the return process and refunded your payment in the same day we have received the watch back. After your review, we have tried to communicate with you but you have stopped responding. It's quite obvious that your intent wasn't to buy the watch. You have just blamed us and rated unfairly.
