Orologio perfetto come da descrizione. Qualche punto in meno solo sulla spedizione. La consegna è stata rimandata due volte ovviamente non per colpa del commerciante ma di fedex.

I don’t want to make the customer always dissatisfied who leaves negative reviews. Being a salesperson myself, I know that it is important for sellers that their reviews be good to give confidence to the next customers, especially on the internet, but I am obliged to leave one, to warn the next customers, and to prevent this from happening to them, because I was very disappointed with the delivery of my order to xelor. To make it simple and quick: First, the seller made a mistake in the delivery address. He simply mixed the shipping address with the billing address. So obviously, the watch didn’t arrive at the right address, so I couldn’t receive it. Second, the delivery guy, because I wasn’t at the address, rang a neighbour’s doorbell, and because the neighbor didn’t want to pick up the package, the delivery guy threw the watch four metres high on a balcony in the front of my building, which obviously nobody goes to. Now how do I know it happened that way? After searching for the watch for two days, I had the idea to go directly to FedEx, located 1 hour from my home, to ask them where the package was. They didn’t know, so they called the delivery subcontractor to get the live delivery guy on the phone to explain what had happened. 2 huge errors that are just part of the base of the service you request when ordering a watch remotely. I find that to be very unprofessional. This purchase being my first on the Chrono24 platform, which I specify, were reassuring during these 2 days of research. However, I take a lesson from that, never having a package delivered to your home, even if you are there at the time of delivery, because the delivery people have only one goal, to finish their rounds quickly and go home. And even less for a valuable package. It is better to have it delivered to the relay point, even if it is only available the next day, but at least this will avoid losing it or having it stolen. I would point out, after authentication of the watch, that it is indeed a real one. ( for information the watch in the package was a Rolex GMT MASTER 2 Batgirl ) You’re welcome.

Zeit und Datum konnten an der Uhr (neu) nicht eingestellt werden, das Problem wurde aber über Omega gelöst - Garantiefall. Auf meine letzte Frage nach einer Verlängerung der Rücktrittsfrist (die Uhr war über 2 Wochen bei Omega) erhielt ich keine Antwort mehr. Davor erfolgten die Antworten prompt.

Le vendeur a été impeccable et a fait preuve de beaucoup de professionnalisme. Le problème est venu du transporteur qui ne m’a pas remis l’article en main propre. J’ai failli ne jamais le recevoir. Heureusement que tout s’est arrangé
