The dealer was very fast and adequate in his communication. Could not have been better. The courier handling the transport however was less clear in its communication and did not deliver on schedule.

Verpakking en levering heel goed. Product omschrijving en communicatie helaas alleen in het Frans en daardoor niet altijd duidelijk.

Tempi di consegna lunghi, ovviamente per colpa del corriere che, a questo punto, sarebbe meglio sostituire. Articolo uguale alla descrizione e molto ben funzionante, venditore serio e consigliato, non parla ingelese, solo francese.

Watch was rated „very good“, but the case had a lot of deep dents and was heavily polished. Could not see this on the pictures, and it was not going to be expected on a watch that is advertised as a „1“.

La montre avait besoin d'être révisée alors qu'elle ne se remontait plus complètement et portait des traces d'outils provenant probablement d'une tentative d'ouverture maladroite. Ces traces étaient difficilement visibles sur les photos mais l'ampleur ne devenait clair qu'à partir du moment où j'avais réceptionné la montre. En résumé, sauf si Ulysse Nardin me réserve une mauvaise surprise, j'ai reçu une belle montre à un prix correct.

c'est une très belle montre dommage que la.boucle cartier soit défectueuse malgré la négation du vendeur qui déclare qu'elle fonctionne donc obligé d'acheter une nouvelle boucle

Fedex shipment was horrible. Unreliable and unacceptable service.

It was a nice service and all. The only thing to pinpoint was that they only reply in French, even though you make it clear that you don’t speak French.

Watch declared to be new/unworn but found to be without blueish protecting film on dial and bracelet as new Longines watch suppose to be. Slight scratches on bracelet. Box looked like used or pre owned. It was badly scratched on top and dated 2013. Watches were dated 2015. Looked like box does not belong to this particular watch.
