Originally sent the wrong size band and the received item that was questionably authentic an no stainless steel. Very poor communication with no apology for sending the wrong item an no refund after returning item.

First sold as "higly collectible" , then iI was told it is a "aftermarket" , finally "upon observation damaged". But the item is still online on chrono and ebay.

Completely inaccurate item description. Instead of a genuine Omega strap from the 80s I was sent a new $20 walmart strap (tag still attached, it was easy to look up!) and an obviously fake Omega buckle. Getting a refund was a hassle that took weeks and multiple phone calls.

Untrustworthy seller! Went to two RSC and both told me the brand new Rolex Daytona I bought was “ USED & heavily POLISHED” they lied about the condition I am very disappointed. And even sold me for the price of NEW! Although some partial was refunded. Proofed that he admit it’s not brand new. If you want to buy from this seller, think twice!

Purtroppo è stata la mia esperienza di acquisto da C24 più brutta in assoluto. Il venditore non ha tenuto fede a nessuno degli accordi presi, inoltre uno dei tre oggetti acquistati si è presentato viziato e non ha risposto a nessuno dei miei messaggi. Fortunatamente il servizio clienti di C24 è superlativo. Sconsiglio fortemente questo venditore.

il peggior venditore. afferma di vendere prodotti nuovi ma in realtà sono usati (l'anello di riduzione era viziato e difettoso), aveva condiviso l'idea di rimborasare due delle tre spese di spedizione (tre prodotti diversa un solo pacco inviato) ma al momento del rimborso è sparito, provato a contattare tramite il servizio clienti di C24 (che risulta perfetto) ma non ha mai risposto. Il peggior venditore, lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Personally I felt bad. We had reached an agreement (three products purchased simultaneously with a single shipment), he should have reimbursed the other two shipping costs but after 6 days this has not yet happened. Furthermore, one of the three pieces arrived with a defect (the inner case ring for the movement is bent and therefore not usable). The worst experience with a salesman.

The strap was sent with buckle but missing pin. The way this dealer handled this issue was very unprofessional. I had to return the item bearing myself the return cost, the dealer should just have sent me the missing pin and the issue would have been solved, but no I had to return the whole. Very unprofessional. They also communicated very bluntly and short. To avoid.

Did not receive item. Attempts to communicate were met with do it yourself replies. Not pursuing matter as item is cheap and not worth my time.

Do not recommend. The watch description was described as in excellent condition. The movement was seized and the watch appeared to have not been running for sometime when the item was received. In addition to the movement being seized the crown was also broken making the watch unwindable.
